Hi, I'm Erica!
I used to feel overworked and overwhelmed; successful on paper, but missing what mattered most at home. Four years ago, I left that behind to build a business on my own terms. With 18 years of business management experience, from dental practice operations to banking and retail, I now help other business owners do the same: build real structure, without sacrificing the life it's supposed to support.
